Multiple stores and transfers

See each store separately and move stock between stores.

If your files include several stores or warehouses, the All stores selector appears at the top of every screen. Pick one to see only its order, its alerts, and its products.

• Each product is calculated separately in each store, using that store's own sales.
• In Orders, with "All stores" selected, each supplier's products are grouped by store.
• The WhatsApp message shows the store for each product.

Transfers between stores

On the Professional and Business plans, when a product is about to run out in one store and another store has too much, Abastecia lets you know: "Norte has 12 extra: you can bring them over while the order arrives." You'll see this in Alerts and on the product's page.

Store limit by plan

Basic: 1 store. Professional: up to 5. Business: as agreed in your contract.
